End-to-end

Technical Audit of the End-to-End Mobile Network

Televerse undertakes detailed audit exercises across the mobile network and delivers actionable recommendations per audit type - giving operators a clear, prioritised view of network health, configuration consistency and performance.

Audit types include KPI Audit, Parameter Audit, Feature Audit, IMS Audit, RAN Audit, Transport Audit, Design & Topology Audit and Configuration Audit.

Network performance analytics

Audit Types

A structured, end-to-end review of the mobile network covering multiple audit types.

KPI Audit

Where performance sits today against target, broken down per node and per domain.

Parameter Audit

Settings compared against the agreed baseline and the vendor recommendation, node by node.

Feature Audit

Which licensed features are switched on, and which are paid for but sitting idle.

IMS Audit

Registration, call setup and interworking across the CSCFs, application servers and borders.

RAN Audit

Access, retainability, mobility and capacity across the radio layer.

Transport Audit

Backhaul capacity, resilience and latency between the sites and the core.

Design & Topology Audit

Redundancy, single points of failure, and how the network is actually wired versus the design.

Configuration Audit

Consistency across nodes of the same role, and drift away from the intended build.

What is the scope covered?

Network Configurations and Consistency Checks

Every node of the same role compared against a nominated baseline, so drift surfaces as a deviation.

Network Element Health Assessment

Alarms, resource utilisation and hardware state, node by node.

KPI Performance Assessment

Counters over an agreed window, benchmarked against target and against the rest of the estate.

Capacity Assessment

Headroom measured against forecast, so growth is planned instead of discovered during busy hour.

IN / Charging and Policy Control Assessment

Prepaid, online charging and policy rules followed end to end.

Network Design and Topology Assessment

Architecture, redundancy and interconnect reviewed against the original design intent.

What are the prerequisites?

To perform a thorough audit we typically require:

Node / OSS / PM access

Read-only is sufficient - the audit reads state, it does not change it.

Configuration and parameter exports

Bulk configuration dumps per node, in whatever format the OSS produces.

KPI / performance counters over an agreed period

Long enough to show busy hour and weekly patterns, not a single day.

Network design and topology documentation

Current design documents and topology diagrams, however out of date they may be.
